I was also on the receiving end of the late checkout charge as described by Raphael below. The lack of hospitality displayed by this behaviour was a disappointment. The owner could have easily reminded us of their checkout policy if she bothered to greet us upon arrival like most other hotels/guesthouses do.
On a positive note, the apartment was furnished very well. I understand that the beds were very comfortable too. Unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to experience them because I had to sleep on the couch as the apartment with the bedroom containing two single beds that we booked was apparently unavailable. I get along with my friend but the thought of waking up next to a 30 year old man after a large evening didn't really excite me. Fortunately the kink in my neck is getting better and hopefully I will be able to get back to work next week.
There was also a bad smell in the bathroom. I'm not 100% sure if it was there before we arrived or if someone I was staying with made it.

Well, i dont know where to start. The place was really clean and tidy, modern and tidy. However my experience completely took a back flip when as i was leaving the owner came up to me and accused me of having an extra person in the room - which i did not. This was the first interaction i had with anyone from the hotel (there had been no one there to greet me upon my arrival - just a note on the door saying the room was open, keys on the bench). After explaining to that my friend had stayed around the corner and was getting a lift the owner then said that i had checked our an hour late and would be up for additional money. Fair enough, but next time instead of hanging around next door where you were cleaning, come and remind us - we were only sitting out the front having coffee - would could have easily moved on. All this complaining and you didn't even put 2 single beds in one of the rooms like i requested. Not even a phone call to tell me that it wouldn't happen so i could bring a swag or something. As i said - a nice hotel - but i was completely taken aback by the owner and would not recommend this place to anyone

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and found the accommodation really lovely and comfortable, and very clean. Customer service was friendly and we would recommend it and return again.

We stayed in a Corporate Spa Apartment and it was glorious. Beautifully furnished, luxurious in every way, a truly classy apartment. The spa was generous and roomy. We had our own dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchenette, plasma screen tv and comfy couch. It was a wonderful apartment. Well worth the money.

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt so relaxed when we left. The owners were lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended.
